Please read our appointment policy. PRE-BOOKING: Payment is due within 48 hours of appointment confirmation. If payment is not received within 48 hours of appointment confirmation, your appointment will be cancelled. After submitting payment for your service, you will receive appointment reminders. RESCHEDULING: If you need to change the date or time, contact me 48 hours in advance to reschedule. SICK/EMERGENCY: Contact me the day of your appointment. In such cases, you can reschedule for the next available date. LATE: If you are running more than 15 minutes late, call me immediately to see if there is enough time remaining for your service. In such cases, you may need to reschedule for the next available date. NO SHOWS: If you don’t come to your appointment, your service deposit cannot be refunded. If you don't contact me to reschedule, you will have to pay again to rebook. Non cash and check payments have a flat platform fee. Thank you for your business and understanding.
